Bonfire Sparks quilt is a block-based quilt pattern with a modern twist on a traditional star quilt block. The design pays homage to the sparks of a bonfire, often lit in late Autumn after harvest is complete. As the days get shorter and the nights get longer, the early evening dusk gets illuminated anew by the bonfire’s sparks as friends, family, and neighbors gather around to celebrate and stay warm.
